Adam, a New England native with a passion for sports, athletics, and leading by example in living a happy and healthy life, couldn’t see a future in any other industry than health and fitness. His background gave him the experience but his heart and caring nature gave him the drive to put others first and do his part in making a massive, positive impact in the world.
In 2007 he graduated from Westfield State College, in Westfield, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science. His primary study was physical education until his last semester in which he pursued a career in the fitness field. In that year alone, he gained extensive working knowledge during countless hours helping weight loss, college and high school athletes, in addition to some minor physical rehabilitation.
To further his career and extend his knowledge, Adam attended countless NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) chapter meetings in New England. He lifted with Team Connecticut’s Olympic weight lifting coach Gary Valentine. Following this he began to volunteer at a Boston area’s sports performance center where he was allowed the opportunity to work with professional soccer players, NCAA division I football, soccer, and rowing athletes, and all-around Boston-area athletes.
Adam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and has attended and passed the pre-Russian Kettlebell certification classes.
In his journey, Adam always craved more. He wanted more. To help more. To give back more. To help shape more people’s lives. To go after a bigger challenge, a bigger dream, a bigger goal.
He soon realized his newest and exciting obstacle would be in Southern California where he currently resides and his business, Wright Way Fitness thrives. With passion and heart, Wright Way Fitness was created to help people of all walks of life achieve their wellness goals through movement. It is here that Adam and his wife, Becky are allowed the unique opportunity to live out their purpose and encourage people of every health and fitness level to work towards being their absolute best, and view and achieve fitness the “Wright Way.”
Adam believes the WWF personality and community is engineered in how he and his team speak to clients and prospects, and is even seen and felt while teaching classes. Everyone involved knows how the Wright Way Fitness team cares from the smallest hands-on correction to a warm and genuine text about their day.
In his journey, Adam has truly worked his way from the bottom up; from working the front desk, volunteering and working as an assistant; to being a lead coach and designing, creating and implementing programs; to being a fitness coach and leading independent boot camps, always grinding to create high energy programs where fitness is viewed as fun and not just functional… where he created something incredible, unique and special literally out of nothing; to now being a business owner where he’s allowed to live out his purpose every single day with his wife and business partner within the 4 walls of Wright Way Fitness. Becky Wright brings over 7 years of experience in wellness and nutrition know-how to Wright Way Fitness. Over the past several years, Becky has overseen patients in a functional medicine practice looking to lose weight, decrease their risk of disease and improve performance. Becky is well versed in all aspects of diet, nutrition and and everyday health, and she is devoted to continually building knowledge in these areas.
She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has a B.A. in Psychology. She is also a certified Lifestyle Educator. She is married to her very own “Mr. Wright” (AKA Adam) and is a native of Massachusetts.
Adam and Becky welcomed their first child, Harper Joy, into the world in 2015. Becoming a mother has motivated her to lead by example for her daughter and to continue to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
Since 2013, Keoni has transitioned from a fitness enthusiast to a fitness professional. His inspiration began as a client with Adam, which resulted in the enthusiasm to excel in the health and fitness industry. He is currently a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
While attending Trabuco Hills High School—Class of 2012—in Mission Viejo, California, Keoni played baseball (1st base/Pitcher) and football (Receiver/Safety). Sports and other active hobbies have been a significant part of his life and have continually played a key role towards his passion for strength and conditioning. While working alongside Adam, Keoni has spent a considerable amount of time training high school and college athletes from a variety of sports—football, baseball, softball, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer, and swim. The individual demands for each sport is what encourages his determination in developing a beneficial program for every athlete.
Keoni is currently a senior at Cal State Fullerton studying Kinesiology, and he will continue to pursue his Master’s Degree the following year in Kinesiology with an emphasis in biomechanics.
Chelsea believes that living a healthy and active lifestyle is just as much mental as it is physical. This mentality helped her become a division I college athlete as well as an All-American Athlete with two NCAA tournament appearances. She played at Marquette University and Santa Clara University, and she then finished her schooling at Vanguard University. Ever since she stopped playing volleyball, staying fit and helping others become fit has been her goal. She enjoys pushing others to better their lifestyle whether that be personal training or joining in any new innovative workouts.
She is an NASM certified trainer and currently trains mothers in South Orange County who desire their pre-baby body. She transformed her own body after having her son leading to a passion for helping anyone improve their bodies while also feeling empowered.
Chelsea also has a passion for training young female athletes who have the desire to play at a high level. She feels that she is able to connect with these athletes and be a strong female role model in their lives. She loves that she can use her love of fitness to make a positive impact in young females’ confidence.

Born and raised in Orange County, CA Krissy grew up active playing basketball, volleyball, and dancing.
After high school she set out for adventure by joining the US Army and served as an Intelligence Analyst. Fitness helped Krissy integrate into civilian life by helping her connect with others and re-shape both her mind and body, so she decided to become a personal trainer and help others do the same.
She became certified by ACE in 2013 and received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from CSUDH in 2018. She is continuing her passion for learning about exercise by studying for her CSCS exam in August.
Krissy believes in a whole person approach to fitness by helping people lead healthier happier lives through exercise, nutrition, and healthy habits. She believes in developing a positive body image and a healthy lifestyle through trial and error with commitment to goals in order to help her clients succeed because there is no single approach that works for everyone.
Coach Krissy absolutely loves and believes in what she does every day and tries to set an example for her clients and teenage son, Andrew.
Krissy, Andrew, and their 2 dogs, Trixie and Titus, live in Irvine where they enjoy being active outside, playing board games, cooking and eating, watching movies, and fully embracing the nerd life through comics and related pop culture
Angel has been in the Fitness industry for the last 15 years and still has a passion for helping people reach their goals. She is a personal trainer, nationally certified by NASM, ACE and ACSM as well as a Schwinn Indoor Cycling instructor. The last few years she became more and more focused on the weight loss aspect of Fitness and proper nutrition. She is now Precision Nutrition certified and has her Weight Loss Specialist certification through NASM.
Angel has been married to her husband Steve for 25 years and has two grown sons Michael and Daniel. When not training, she loves to cook, watch sports, race 5k’s and drink wine with her friends! She is so excited to be a part of the Wrightway Fitness Family
