Saturday, April 28th @9am Coach Keoni will be speaking about the importance of hip positioning, core strength & their application during workouts (as well as everyday life) in this FREE seminar.
He will also cover injuries due to improper hip posture and/or lifting.
Coach will also cover the difference between the deadlift v.s. the squat.
*Everyone should wear athletic attire because YOU will be lifting*
