Please give our very own George Garcia aka DA MAN some love when you see him.

He is our October Client of the Month.

We have had the privilege of knowing George for almost 8 years outside the gym.

Then February came and we got the call from him. He said he would be there on a Tuesday afternoon and he has not left since.

He is the fittest he has ever been.
He is the leanest he has ever been.

He is also such a large part of the 6pm class. George is the one who makes EVERYONE laugh, encourages (aka yells) when people are slacking, and ALWAYS welcomes the friendly competition between other peeps.

He is ALWAYS at class as well even attending our open boot camps and open gyms. Whenever George may not be at class he let’s one of us know!

The gym is not the same without him and was not the same without him.
