Our Semi-Private workouts are for individuals who are looking for twice the results in half the time. As a way to ensure that each individual receives adequate instruction and attention from our trainers, sessions will be limited to 4 people maximum. With the camaraderie and accountability of a small group, these workouts have proven to be extremely effective and fun.

All you need to do is reserve a spot and show up! The coach leading the class will assign you with whoever or wherever you need to be, depending on the class.

We offer a variety of classes to accommodate different goals and schedules. Please visit our Workout Schedule page to view a full calendar of our workouts.

Semi-Private Workouts are specific and personally modified for each individual in the group. Each workout only allows four participants so our trainers can devote attention to each individual.

No. Semi-Private Workouts require a reservation to participate. This allows us to monitor enrollment and plan effective workouts for participants.

We care. We count you in. We follow up. We make sure you are seen. Not to mention, we have quite a few years of success helping people change their lives.

We only have one gym location. However, we are constantly doing events and workouts at a variety of locations.
